スとを同時に液化することのできる窒素ガスおよ
び酸素ガス液化装置において、 窒素精留サイクル系に複数の低圧循環窒素圧縮
機を具え、さらに製品液化ガス流量計と、この製
品液化ガス計量計の出力信号にもとづき製品液化
ガスの採取流量に応じて、複数の低圧循環窒素圧
縮機の組合せを変更して制御運転する制御装置を
具えたことを特徴とする窒素ガスおよび酸素ガス
