Claims (1)
- コラムに主軸ヘツド本体の送りねじの軸方向と
平行にフイードバツクスケールを固定し、前記主
軸ヘツド本体に、主軸先端面に近い位置で低熱膨
張材料で構成した測定ヘツド取付用ロツドの先端
部を固定し、このロツドの主軸ヘツド本体末端側
に向う末端部に、前記フイードバツクスケールと
対向する測定ヘツドを測定ヘツドブラケツトを介
して固定したことを特徴とするフイードバツクス
ケールを備えた工作機械。
