Claims (1)
- 基台の上下にプーリをそれぞれ回転可能に枢支
し、該プーリに無端状鋸歯を捲掛し、基台の中央
部に走行する無端状鋸歯の一部を露出させて食品
切断部を形成した食品切断装置において、食品切
断部の鋸歯を挟む状態で一対の搬送チエーンを同
行駆動可能に配設し、各搬送チエーンにそれぞれ
食品固定具を立設し、該食品固定具はその食品固
定面が搬送チエーンの走行方向に対して成す取り
付け角度を変更調節可能に構成するとともに、各
搬送チエーンを駆動するスプロケツト間に搬送チ
エーンの相対位置を変更する位置調節手段を設け
たことを特徴とする食品切断装置。
