Claims (1)
- 直火式連続焼戻炉の加熱・均熱帯装入部に、天
井仕切壁を介して予熱帯を連設し、前記予熱帯に
天井循環フアンとバツフルとからなる雰囲気強制
循環装置とふく射管とを取り付ける一方、前記加
熱・均熱帯に前記同様の雰囲気強制循環装置を炉
長方向に複数配設するとともに、前記天井仕切壁
近傍の加熱・均熱帯側に直火式バーナを備えたヒ
ユーム燃焼室を設け、このヒユーム燃焼室を隣接
するバツフル内と連通させ、かつ、前記ふく射管
の一端部を前記ヒユーム燃焼室に接続したことを
特徴とする油焼入部品用直火式連続焼戻炉。
