て流量調整手段の開度を設定する関数発生器と、
ボイラ負荷の変化率をモニタする回路と、前記関
数発生器の出力と前記モニタ回路の出力とを入力
してモニタ出力がボイラ負荷変化中を示すときは
出力を固定し、ボイラ負荷変化中でないときは前
記関数発生器の出力に所定の変化率制限を加えて
出力するホールド機能付レートリミツタ回路とを
備え、このレートリミツタ回路の出力信号を前記
偏差信号に加えて開度指令信号とすることを特徴
