Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. サイクロトロンのターゲツト自動交換装置にお
    いて、円軸円筒状のマウンテイングアダプター、
    外筒部および内筒部よりなり、上記マウンテイン
    グアダプターは外周を自動交換装置の保持部材に
    保持され、外側端面は環状の前蓋で閉塞されて上
    記外筒部との間に第一のエアシリンダを構成して
    おり、上記外筒部は外側端面がターゲツトボツク
    スに当接する平面をなし、外周には上記第一のエ
    アシリンダに係合する第一のピストン部を形成し
    、内側端面は環状の後蓋で閉塞されて上記内筒部
    との間に第二のエアシリンダを構成し、後蓋の外
    面はベローズでサイクロトロンの延長管に接続さ
    れており、上記内筒部は外周には上記第二のエア
    シリンダと係合する第二のピストン部を形成し、
    外側端面と上記外筒部の外側端面の内側との間に
    前面フオイルを挟持していることを特徴とするタ
    ーゲツト自動交換装置のマウンテイング装置。
