ターン、７はコプレナ線路の信号パターンである
。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を
示す。
回路装置の正面図、第２図は第１図の上面図、第

- コプレナ線路にて構成された複数のマイクロ波
回路からなるマイクロ波回路装置において、各回
路の接続を奇数回路と偶数回路を交互に対向して
配置し、直接コプレナ線路の信号パターン同志、
グランドパターン同志を圧接接続したことを特徴
とするマイクロ波回路装置。
