Claims (1)
- 板状の試料を上下から挾持するゴム製円筒と、
下部にガス送入用の貫通孔を有し前記試料を挾持
したゴム製円筒が嵌入する穴部を設けた剛性の本
体と、通過するガスの出口となる通気筒を有し前
記本体内に嵌入されたゴム製円筒に載置される加
圧板と、前記本体の上部に設けたねじ穴に螺合し
、加圧板を介してゴム製円筒を加圧する上蓋とを
備えた気体透過度測定用の試料保持装置。
