Claims (1)
- 吸湿の程度に応じて静電容量又は抵抗が変化す
る材料と、これと電気的に直列接続され、電圧の
変化に相応して屈折率が変化する電気光学効果を
備えた素子と、該素子に入射させる光及び該素子
を透過した光を伝送する複数の光フアイバと、前
記材料及び素子に電圧を印加するための電源とを
具備することを特徴とする湿度センサ。
