の半導体素子、２０はスイツチ、２１は走査線、
２２は読み取り線、２３は回り回路防止の半導体
素子を示す。

Claims (1)
- フイルム状のベースに導体パターンをプリント
配線し、そのプリント配線フイルムを折り曲げも
しくは重ね合わせてなるマトリツクス状に配線さ
れた複数のスイツチを装備したメンブレンキーボ
ードにおいて、導体パターンの一部に回り回路防
止のための半導体素子を実装したことを特徴とす
るメンブレンキーボード。
