Claims (1)
- アルカリ物質を含むガラス等の絶縁体からなる
透光性基板と、該透光性基板からのアルカリ拡散
を防ぐべく当該基板の一主面に被着された耐熱性
のアルカリ拡散防止膜と、該アルカリ拡散防止膜
上に積層された透光性導電酸化物からなる受光面
電極と、該受光面電極を保護すべく当該受光面電
極上に被着された耐プラズマ性の受光面電極保護
膜と、該受光面電極保護膜の上に積層された非単
結晶光活性層を含む水素化されたプラズマ半導体
膜と、該プラズマ半導体膜上に積層された背面電
極と、を備えることを特徴とした光起電力装置。
