Claims (1)
- 海底ケーブルを保護する１対の半割り型の海底
ケーブル保護具において、対称型に半割りに作成
された長胴の保護具本体と、半割りの前記保護具
本体の双方を突き合せたときに前記海底ケーブル
の直径に比して曲率が大で且つ狭い側の高さ寸法
が前記海底ケーブルの直径よりやや小なる断面形
状を呈し前記保護具本体の長手方向に穿たれた略
楕円形溝と、縦断面が円形をなし前記保護具本体
の外周部に前記長手方向と直角方向に凹んで設け
られた複数のスリツトと、該スリツト内において
前記半割りの保護具本体の双方を締付る締め具と
を備えることを特徴とする海底ケーブル保護具。
