第１図はこの考案の一実施例によるインバータ
回路を示す回路図、第２図は従来の主軸制御装置
におけるインバータ回路を示す回路図、第３図は
送り軸制御装置におけるインバータ回路を示す回
路図である。 図において、１は交流電源、２，２ａ，２ｂは
コンタクタ、３はＡＣリアクトル、４，４ａ，８
ａ，８ｂはトランジスタブリツヂ、４ｂはダイオ
ードブリツヂ、５，５ａ，５ｂは抵抗、６，６ａ
，６ｂはコンタクタ、７，７ａ，７ｂはコンデン
サ、９ａは主軸駆動用モータ、９ｂは送り軸駆動
用モータである。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、
又は相当部分を示す。
回路を示す回路図、第２図は従来の主軸制御装置
におけるインバータ回路を示す回路図、第３図は
送り軸制御装置におけるインバータ回路を示す回
路図である。 図において、１は交流電源、２，２ａ，２ｂは
コンタクタ、３はＡＣリアクトル、４，４ａ，８
ａ，８ｂはトランジスタブリツヂ、４ｂはダイオ
ードブリツヂ、５，５ａ，５ｂは抵抗、６，６ａ
，６ｂはコンタクタ、７，７ａ，７ｂはコンデン
サ、９ａは主軸駆動用モータ、９ｂは送り軸駆動
用モータである。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、
又は相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 交流電源を整流平滑し直流電源に変換する直流
整流平滑回路と、この直流整流平滑回路内にある
コンデンサの初期充電を行う初期充電回路と、上
記直流電源の電圧を所定電圧の範囲内に留めるた
め交流電源回路に電源回生を行う交流化回路とか
ら成るインバータ回路において、上記交流化回路
と同機能を有す交流化回路を上記インバータ回路
内の直流整流平滑回路と交流化回路間に接続した
ことを特徴とするインバータ回路。
