Because competitive women's swimsuits have a direct impact on swimming competition records, they are made of a material that expands and contracts with the movement of the body to prevent gaps between the swimsuit and the body. It must fit snugly, be easy to wear, and have a shape that does not interfere with the movement of the shoulder blades or legs. Therefore, competitive women's swimsuits are generally made by sewing together several pieces of cloth made of thin nylon, nylon tricot, or urethane blend materials, and the shape is as shown in Figure 4. is cut except for the hip part 1, and the lower part of both sides 2 are connected to each other at the back part by a connecting string 3, and the shoulder strap 4 is sewn to the center of the connecting string 3. It is widely used for its functionality.

By the way, in most conventional swimsuits of this type, the seam 5 that joins the front cloth piece A and the back cloth piece B is continuous from the connecting string 3 on the back, as shown in FIG. It is shaped to pass through the armpit 6 and reach the front thigh 7, and most swimsuits are accented with piping on the seam 5 to satisfy women's unique sense of fashion. There is.
However, the flow of water during swimming motion takes a route from the swimmer's abdomen, through both sides of the swimmer's abdomen, to the back, as shown by the arrows in FIG. Therefore, the seam 5 is located in a direction substantially perpendicular to the flow of water, and is in a state that opposes the flow of water. Moreover, since it is formed of bulky piping, it reduces resistance to water. This is a factor that increases the number of people.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned problem, this invention was developed in such a way that, in a competitive women's swimsuit, the seams of several pieces of cloth are sewn together from the front center of the neckline to encircle the left and right bust areas. The gist is that it has a configuration with two symmetrical shapes that descend in a curve toward the armpits, wrap around the back of the waist, and descend in line with or along the center line of the hip region. be.

As mentioned above, in the competitive women's swimsuit according to this invention, the symmetrically formed seams extend from the bust area through the armpits to the back of the waist, and extend along the center line of the hip area or a line along the center line. It is formed into a shape that leads to. This seam therefore conforms to the flow of water during swimming movements, resulting in reduced water resistance.
以下、この考案の1実施例について詳説する。 Hereinafter, one embodiment of this invention will be explained in detail.

成されている。 1 to 3, the swimsuit according to this invention is formed by sewing together three cloth pieces A, B, and C, and the seams 10a, 10b are as shown in FIG. From the center of the front part of the neckline 11, it descends in a curved line toward the left and right flanks 13, 13 while surrounding the left and right bust parts 12, 12, and then goes around the waist back part 14, as shown in FIG. Two pieces are formed in a symmetrical shape extending along the center seam 15a of the hip part 15 and reaching the lower part of the hip part 15, respectively.

Since the water follows the seams 10a and 10b as it travels from the chest and abdomen through both flanks to the back, the resistance of the water is reduced. Furthermore, as shown by the arrows in FIGS. 1 and 2, there are no seams or the like that oppose the flow of water on the front and back sides of the body. Also,
In the back. Although not shown, the flow of water from the shoulders to the back intersects the connecting straps 16 and shoulder straps 17; However, the increase in resistance is small and does not have much of an effect.

As described above, according to the female swimsuit for competitive swimming of this invention, the seam line for sewing together several pieces of cloth has an extremely rational shape that follows the flow of water during swimming motion. Even if you pipe the line, you can reduce water resistance and expect a good record.
