パターン、３は基板支持体、４は誘電体基板、５
はキヤリア、６はシヤーシ、８は信号ライン、１
０はワイヤ、１１はバイアス回路素子、１２はト
ランジスタである。なお、図中、同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 誘電体基板、上記誘電体基板片面上の信号ライ
ン、上記信号ラインに接続された複数のトランジ
スタ、上記トランジスタ及び誘電体基板を保持す
るキヤリアとで構成される平面マイクロ波回路と
、上記平面マイクロ波回路の上面空間にあつて、
かつ絶縁基板からなる１枚のバイアス基板とバイ
アス基板片面上のバイアスパターン、上記バイア
スパターンに接続されるバイアス変換用のバイア
ス回路素子、上記バイアス基板を保持する基板支
持体とで構成されるバイアス回路と、上記平面マ
イクロ波回路とバイアス回路とを立体的に固定す
るシヤーシと、上記信号ラインとバイアスパター
ン間を接続して給配電を行うワイヤとから成る立
体バイアス回路。
