Claims (1)
ジスタからなる差動増幅回路と、エミツタが前記
第１トランジスタのベースに接続され、ベースに
入力信号が印加されるレベルシフト用トランジス
タと、前記第２トランジスタのベースにバイアス
電圧を印加する基準バイアス源と、コレクタが負
荷を介して基準電位点に接続されたダイオード接
続型の第３トランジスタと、ベースが前記第３ト
ランジスタのベースと共通接続され、コレクタが
前記差動増幅回路の共通エミツタに接続された第
４トランジスタと、ベースが前記第３トランジス
タのベースと共通接続され、コレクタが前記レベ
ルシフト用トランジスタのエミツタに接続された
第５トランジスタとから成り、前記第１トランジ
スタ又は前記第２トランジスタのコレクタから判
別出力を得るようにしたコンパレータにおいて、
エミツタが前記第１トランジスタのベースに、ベ
ースが前記第２トランジスタのベースに接続され
た振幅制限用トランジスタを設けたことを特徴と
