  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 全周にわたり一端に折曲部を有するフレームと
    、該折曲部に対応した溝部を全周にわたり上部に
    有する有底筒状のヨークと、該ヨーク内部に収納
    されるボイスコイルおよびマグネツトとを備え、 前記フレームの折曲部を前記ヨークの溝部内に
    挿入し、該ヨークの溝部付近をかしめることによ
    り、前記フレームの折曲部が該ヨークから脱落す
    ることなしに前記フレームをヨークに固定するこ
    とを特徴とするスピーカ。
