てその説明を省略する。１は電源ノイズシミユレ
ータ、２はパルス出力端子、３はＡＣ電源ライン
のＡ相、４はＡＣ電源ラインのＢ相、５はカツプ
リングコンデンサ、６は出力同軸ケーブル、６ａ
は外部導体、６ｂは内部導体、７はコンセントボ
ツクス、７ａはＡＣコンセント、７ｂは同軸コン
セントＡ、７ｃはリード線Ａ、７ｄは同軸コンセ
ント、７ｅは終端抵抗器用ＡＣコンセント、７ｆ
はリード線Ｃ、７ｇはリード線Ｄ、７ｈはリード
線Ｅ、８は５０Ω終端抵抗器、９は供試機器、１
