Claims

A head rest stay hanging vertically from the bed rest is inserted into the support cylinder provided at the upper end of the seat bag, and a lock plate equipped with a push knob in the box at the upper end of the support cylinder can be pushed and returned. When the lock plate is returned, the lock portion engages with a notch in the headrest stay to lock the headrest at a predetermined height, and when the lock plate is pushed, the engagement is released and the headrest can move up and down. In the head rest support, a return spring is placed on one side inside the upper end box part to bias the lock plate in the return direction.
A locking portion is provided on the other side of the upper end box portion, and a portion of the push knob made of synthetic resin on the side where the locking portion is provided is engaged with the locking portion in a non-retractable manner. A headrest support characterized in that a hook-like projection is integrally formed, and the engagement portion between the hook-like projection and the locking portion is the center of rotation of the lock plate during return.
