第１図は従来のスターカツプラの説明図、第２
図はカツプリング用接合部を形成するための二本
のフアイバ結合状態を示す図、第３図は１つの入
力信号の少くとも一部を含む出力信号が出せるよ
うに光フアイバを接合する、その一方法を示す概
略図、第４図は本発明の好ましい実施例の説明図
、第５図は使用される光フアイバの数をふやした
場合の、第３図の平面カツプラに対して必要とさ
れる接合部の数と、第４図の非平面カツプラに対
して必要とされる接合部の数との比較を示すため
、横軸に光フアイバの数をとり縦軸に接合部の数
をとつたグラフ、第６図は３２本の光フアイバを
用いた結合装置を概略的に示した図である。 ５１〜５８……光フアイバ、６０〜７２……接
合部の位置、８１〜８８……出力部、１０１〜１
０８……光フアイバ、１１０〜１１４……接合部
の位置、１２１〜１２８……出力部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力部及び出力部を有する複数の光フアイバ１
    ０１〜１０８と、入力部のいずれか一つに現われ
    る信号を出力部の各々に現われるように入力部を
    出力部に接続するための手段とから構成され、該
    手段は上記光フアイバの対間にある複数の接合部
    １１０，１１２，１１４から成り、この各接合部
    は２本だけの光フアイバで構成されるとともにか
    つ各入力光フアイバから全ての出力光フアイバま
    での光通路ができるよう２本の光フアイバが２度
    接合せずに上記光フアイバの異なる対を接続して
    いることを特徴とする光フアイバ結合装置。
