があつて取水口は右端上方にある。矢印Aは一定
量の気相を留置し溢れた気体を上位のプレートに
通気する「筒」である。「筒」は処理(後)水を
貫き、更に濾材をも貫いている、。処理前水はこ
の「筒」でつながつているだけで、処理前水と処
理(後)水が直接混ざることはない。「筒」が互
い違いに設置されてあるのは気体の入れ替えが左
右にスムーズに行くようにしたからである。
