Claims (1)
- 所定幅をもつ帯状螺旋として形成される電磁格
子と；この電磁格子の軸線と直交しこれと同軸な
円の周上に前記電磁格子と近接対向して配置され
、かつ前記軸線と平行に直進可能な複数個の検出
ヘツドを具備するヘツド部と；を備え、このヘツ
ド部が原点から任意位置まで直進される間に出力
する信号に基づいて、前記の原点から任意位置ま
での距離を求めるようになしたことを特徴とする
距離測定装置。
