- ダイアフラムの自由端部側に重錘を固着し固定
端部側に歪ゲージを固着した片持ち梁形状のＧセ
ンサに於いて、前記ダイアフラムの固定端部をホ
ルダによつて支持すると共に前記ダイアフラムを
略Ｅ字状に形成したことを特徴とする歪ゲージ型
Ｇセンサ。
