Claims (1)
- ポンプ室を形成するケーシング本体とケーシン
グカバーとの対接面の内、一方に、前記ポンプ室
を取り囲むように環状凹入溝を形成し、この環状
凹入溝を挟むように内外二重に環状シール部材を
前記ケーシング本体とケーシングカバーとの対接
面間に介装し、前記環状凹入溝に連通する滅菌用
スチーム等の給排通路を前記ケーシング本体に設
けて成るロータリーポンプ。
