ブ爪２０を放射状に突出すると共に、上部に案内
斜面２１を形成し、ハブ受けの上昇位置では案内
斜面２１をリール駆動軸１０より上方へ突出させ
、該リール駆動軸は周面に螺旋案内面を形成して
ハブ受けを該螺旋案内面に沿つて回転しつつ上下
動するようにし、該螺旋案内面はハブ受がテープ
巻取り方向に回転しつつ上昇する向きに形成して
