- 超電導コイルに巻き付けられた、熱伝導性を有
するヒートパイプと、ヒートパイプの一端と接触
するように取付けられたペルチエ素子と、ペルチ
エ素子を冷却する冷却フアンとを設けたことを特
徴とする超電導モータの冷却装置。
