図において、1は高周波電源、2は整流用ダイ
オード、3は負荷抵抗、4はスパイク低減素子、
5は磁心励磁用巻線、6はアモルフアストロイダ
ル磁心、7はバイアス巻線、8は直流電源である
。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を
示す。

心に磁心励磁用巻線を施し作製されたスパイク低
減素子から構成される高周波整流回路において、
上記アモルフアストロイダル磁心に励磁用巻線と
独立したバイアス巻線を施し、これを直流電源に
接続し、上記直流電源を制御することによりバイ
アス巻線を流れるバイアス電流を制御し、スパイ
ク低減素子に印加される順方向電圧の減少を抑制
