は環状台座、２６はネジ孔、２７は孔、２８は蝶
ボルトである。

する環状台座を固定し、この環状台座の一側を貫
通するネジ孔を設け、このネジ孔に通じる孔を上
記パイプ本体の一側に穿ち、この孔を通して上記
ネジ孔に締付ボルトを螺着したことを特徴とする
