Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一対のカバー半体を開閉自在に枢着して閉じる
    方向にばねで回動付勢すると共にこの一対のカバ
    ー半体で形成されるヒータカバー内に電気ヒータ
    を内装し、カバー半体を開いて配管の外周にヒー
    タカバーを被せると共にばねによる回動付勢力で
    カバー半体間に配管を挾持してヒータカバーを配
    管に保持して成る配管の凍結防止装置。
