Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被加硫ゴムシートをコンベアベルトにより
加硫罐内を移行させつつ加硫媒体で加硫し、加硫
罐出口部に設けた一対のロール間に被加硫ゴムシ
ート並びにコンベアベルトを挾んで前記加硫罐か
ら導出するようにした被加硫ゴムシートの連続加
硫装置に於いて、前記ロールはその外周に耐熱性
、耐油性が優れ、且つ反発弾性の少ないライニン
グ材が被覆されてなることを特徴とする被加硫ゴ
ムシートの連続加硫装置。 (2) ロール外周に被覆するライニング材は、ア
クリル系ゴムで形成されてなる実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項に記載の被加硫ゴムシートの連続加
硫装置。 (3) ロール間の押圧力は、水圧、エヤー等の押
圧力調整シリンダーで行う様に構成されてなる実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の被加硫ゴム
シートの連続加硫装置。
