サと、気筒への燃料供給が特定の異常で阻害され
たとき、所定時間の間にその気筒の排気温度に機
関出力に対応して生じる標準的な温度降下即ち標
準温度降下速度を記憶する記憶手段と、上記排気
温度センサからの入力信号に基づいて求めた上記
所定時間における排気温度の降下速度と上記機関
出力センサからの入力信号に基づいて求めた上記
標準温度降下速度との偏差を求め、この偏差が所
定の許容値以内であるか否かを判別する温度降下
速度判別手段とを備えて、上記温度降下速度判別
手段の判別結果によつて、各気筒の燃料系の異常
に関する情報を得るようにしたことを特徴とする
