Claims (1)
- 両端に夫々逆止弁を備え側壁部分にシリンダを
形成したポンプ室と該シリンダに摺動自在に嵌合
したピストンとからなるポンプ部を油槽内の低位
限界油面下に設け、片持梁状に支持された圧電振
動子を高位限界油面より上に設け、該圧電振動子
の振動端の運動をジヨイント部材によつて該ピス
トンに伝達するように構成した圧電ポンプにおい
て、該ポンプ部を該油槽内部空間と区画する隔壁
に該高位限界油面より高い位置と該低位限界油面
より低い位置との少くとも双方にわたる窓部を形
成し、該窓部を濾材により遮断したことを特徴と
する圧電ポンプ。
