Claims (1)
- 空気圧シリンダー装置の各エア供給口に第１、
第２急速排気弁をそれぞれ接続し、この第１急速
排気弁の入口側に切換弁の第１供給口を通して圧
縮空気源に繋がれた調圧弁を接続し、他方、上記
第２急速排気弁の第１入口側に上記切換弁の第２
供給口を接続し、上記第２急速排気弁の第２入口
側を減圧弁を通して上記調圧弁に接続し、この減
圧弁からの圧力空気を上記切換弁で制御されずに
、常時、上記第２急速排気弁へ供給すると共に、
上記切換弁の作動時、上記空気圧シリンダー装置
を瞬時に応答動作させ、上記調圧弁からの差圧分
の圧力空気を上記空気圧シリンダー装置へ補給し
て高速動作を得るようにしたことを特徴とする空
気圧シリンダー装置の高速動作制御装置。
