Claims (1)
- リザーバタンク内に導入された試料ガスをイオ
ン源内に供給するようにした装置において、前記
リザーバタンクを少なくとも２個設け、該各リザ
ーバタンクを前記イオン源に切換えて接続するた
めの切換弁を設け、該切換弁を切換えることによ
り前記各リザーバタンク内の試料ガスを選択的に
イオン源内に供給するようにしたことを特徴とす
る質量分析装置。
