Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エアーシリンダー用のエアークツシヨンであつ
て、該エアーシリンダーに固定されるクツシヨン
用シリンダーと、このクツシヨン用シリンダー内
を気密に摺動可能であり、端部がクツシヨン用シ
リンダーから突出したクツシヨン用ピストンとか
らなり、 前記エアーシリンダーのピストンロツドに連結
されたガイド軸が該クツシヨン用ピストンに摺動
可能に挿通され、該ガイド軸に固定されたストツ
パーがクツシヨン用ピストンの端部に衝合するこ
とによりクツシヨン用ピストンがクツシヨン用シ
リンダー内を気密に摺動して該ピストンロツドの
停止時の衝撃を緩和することを特徴とするエアー
クツシヨン。
