A tube valve 3 consisting of a head 3a having an elastic sealing material 4a fixed to the circumferential surface and a cylindrical portion 3b having a plurality of through holes 5 is disposed inside a joint body 1 consisting of a large diameter portion 1a and a small diameter portion 1b. However, in a joint fitting which connects a connecting pipe by screwing a flare nut into the small diameter part of the joint body and which opens the tube valve 3, there is an inward taper at the rear end of the small diameter part 1b of the joint body. On the other hand, the cylindrical portion 3b of the tube valve 3 has a length such that its rear end protrudes from the small diameter portion 1b in the open state, and a seal edge 11a facing the tapered surface 1f of the small diameter portion 1b is provided on the protruding portion. A fitting formed by loosely fitting a ring-shaped metal gasket 11 provided with a slope 11b that almost matches the inclination of a flared portion of a connecting pipe.
