定して不燃性封止層の表面で構成される第１面と
、帯板材自体により構成される第２面とを長さ方
向に形成し、第２面の端縁沿いに該帯板材自体を
内側に曲折したすべり止め部、又は（及び）第２
面に該帯板材の一部を内側に曲折した１個以上の
打抜き状すべり止め部を設け、第１面を雄部の外
周に、第２面を雌部の外周に密着するように巻成
させてなる不燃材被覆合成樹脂管の接続部目地バ
