線、１０は高温超電導体恒温槽ケース。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

発振器を示す図である。 １は水晶発振器、２は発振回路、３はヒータ、
４は恒温槽ケース、５はヒータコントロール回路

Claims (1)
- 水晶振動子と、水晶振動子を使用して基準信号
を発生させる発振回路と、その出力を増幅する出
力回路と、水晶振動子を温度安定化させるヒータ
と、それらを収納する恒温槽ケースと、ヒータを
コントロールするヒータコントロール回路と、一
次電源を二次側に電源を供給するＤＣ／ＤＣコン
バータと、それらを収納する水晶発振器ケースと
で構成される恒温槽付水晶発振器において、恒温
槽ケースを超電導体にて製作したことを特徴とす
る恒温槽付水晶発振器。
