はその要部を示す破断斜視図であり、第５図は従
来の車両用バンパを示す平面図、第６図は従来の
他の車両用バンパを示す水平断面図であり、第７
図ａは第６図に示す従来のバンパについての荷重
分布図、第７図ｂは第１図に示す本考案の車両用
衝突エネルギー吸収式バンパについての荷重分布
図である。 １…ステー、２…バツクアツプビーム、３…衝
突エネルギー吸収部材、３ａ…高密度衝突エネル

Claims (1)
- 車両の端部に設けられるバンパにおいて、ほぼ
左右対称に相互に離隔した一対のステーを介して
車体に取付けられるバツクアツプビームと、同バ
ツクアツプビームの外面に衝突エネルギー吸収部
材を介して装着されたフエース部材とをそなえ、
上記衝突エネルギー吸収部材が、上記一対のステ
ーの相互間において同ステーの相互間隔よりもや
や狭い相互間隔を有するようにほぼ左右対称に配
設された一対の高密度衝突エネルギー吸収部材と
、その残部の低密度衝突エネルギー吸収部材とで
構成されていることを特徴とする、車両用衝突エ
ネルギー吸収式バンパ。
