Claims (1)
- 外周部に研削面を有し中央部にテーパ孔を形成
した砥石の、当該テーパ孔を回転軸の端面から突
設したテーパ軸部に嵌着してなる歯車研削機にお
いて、前記砥石にはテーパ孔を中心として円周方
向に複数の研削面矯正機構を配設し、この研削面
矯正機構は異なるピツチの第１及び第２の雄ネジ
部を刻設した差動ネジと、この差動ネジの第１の
雄ネジ部が螺合するとともに砥石側に固定された
ロツクナツトと、差動ネジの第２の雄ネジ部に螺
合するとともに差動ネジを回転することで第１及
び第２の雄ネジ部のピツチ差分だけ前記回転軸の
端面に対して出没動するアジヤストロツドからな
ることを特徴とする歯車研削機の砥石研削面矯正
機構。
