光素子、６，８……光フアイバ、７……受光素子
、１１……投受光ヘツド、２０……バーコード、
２１……レベル判定回路、Ａ……光反射バー、Ｂ
……光非反射バー。なお、図中、同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光反射バーと光非反射バーからなり、監視対象
    である可動体に取着されたバーコードに対して光
    を照射し、上記バーコードからの反射光パルスを
    電気パルスに変換し、該電気パルスを信号処理し
    て上記可動体の動作を監視する光学的動作監視装
    置において、上記バーコードは１列のコードから
    なり、該コードの一方端部の光反射バーの光反射
    係数、他方端部の光反射バーの光反射係数および
    他部の光反射バーの光反射係数がそれぞれ異なり
    、上記電気パルスのレベル情報から上記可動体の
    該レベル情報に対応する位置を特定することを特
    徴とする光学的動作監視装置。
