Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ジルコニアその他の素子基板1に、その先端側
    の少なくとも1個のスリツト2を形成し、該スリ
    ツト2で分断される一側片3と他側片3とに夫々
    表裏両面の電極4,4を形成して、該一側片3と
    該他側片3とが夫々表裏両面の電極4,4間の酸
    素濃度差に応じた電気的変化を生ずる単独の燃焼
    検知素子として機能されるようにしたものにおい
    て、該基板1の表裏両面の各電極4,4の内、相
    対向しない1個づゝを残して、他の相対向しない
    各電極4,4同志を、該基板1の表裏両面と尾端
    面とに亘る導電路5で接続し、該導電路5を被着
    形成して成る燃焼検知素子。
