  1. 果実等から発生する臭気成分を採取する臭気成
    分採取手段と、この臭気成分採取手段により採取
    した臭気成分中の特定有機物の濃度を検出する成
    分濃度検出手段とを具備し、上記成分濃度検出手
    段により検出した特定有機物の濃度から果実を評
    価することを特徴とする果実評価装置。
