Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光半導体チツプ１が固定されたフランジ付きの
台座２を、レンズ３が固定されたケース４によつ
て被覆してなる光半導体部品の保持構造において
、 前記台座２のフランジ部を円環状の第１金具５
及び第２金具６により挾持した状態で第１金具５
と第２金具６とをレーザ溶接し、 第１金具５又は第２金具６を中空円筒状の保持
部材７に摺動自在に挿入した状態で当該摺動部分
の端部をレーザ溶接したことを特徴とする光半導
体部品の保持構造。
