基板片を多数本配列して画素電極基板群を形成し
、この画素電極基板群をスペーサを介在させて対
抗電極側の基板に貼り合わせて液晶セルを形成し
た液晶表示装置において、 前記画素電極基板群は、前記細長い板状の透明
電極基板片を多数本並列的に相互に密着させた状
態で表示画面大の可撓性透明シートに全面接着し
て形成したことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 (2) 前記透明電極基板片を接着した前記可撓性
透明シートの接着面と反対側の面に表示画面大の
支持用透明基板を周辺部のみで接着したことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の液
晶表示装置。 (3) 前記可撓性透明シートは耐熱性を持つ材料
で形成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項記載の液晶表示装置。 (4) 前記支持用透明基板は可撓性透明シート側
