備した原稿サイズ検知装置において、 上記アーム部材はその一方側端部に画像形成装
置本体に対して回転自在に接続される接続部を、
その他方側端部に磁力発生手段をそれぞれ具備し
、該アーム部材が第1の状態においては、磁力発
生手段は上記移動光学枠体と磁気的に接続され、
該アーム部材が第2の状態においては、磁力発生
手段は画像形成装置本体とに接続されるようアー
ム部材に設けられた磁力発生手段が移動光学枠体
と画像形成装置本体とを接離自在に構成されてい
ることを特徴とする原稿サイズ検知装置。 (2) 上記第1の状態が開状態であり、第2の状
