従来の防塵シールの斜視図である。
図中、1は案内レール、2はスライダ、2Aは
スライダ本体、3はボール転動溝(案内レールの
)、5はエンドキヤツプ、6Aはボルト挿通孔、
6Bは平面部、8aはシール突起、13はニツプ
ル、10,20は防塵シール、21はサイドシー
ル部材、23は切欠き部、25はアツパシール部
材である。

Claims (1)
共に、両側面に軸方向のボール転動溝を有して軸
方向に延長された案内レールと、該案内レールの
ボール転動溝に対向するボール転動溝を有し、こ
れらのボール転動溝内に挿入された多数のボール
の転動を介して軸方向に移動可能に前記案内レー
ルに支持されたスライダとを備えたリニアガイド
装置の防塵シールであつて、前記案内レール側面
のボール転動溝面に摺接するシール突起を備え、
且つ前記案内レール上面のボルト挿通孔の開口に
対応する箇所に切欠き部を備えて、前記スライダ
の軸方向端部に取り付けられるサイドシール部材
と、前記案内レールのボルト挿通孔の開口部の両
側で軸方向に延長された平面部に対向させて前記
スライダの内面に直接に固着され、前記ボール転
動溝への異物の侵入を阻止するアツパシール部材
とで形成されることを特徴とするリニアガイド装
