Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流体通路を構成する管の内部に板を捩じつ
て形成したガイドプレートを装填するとともに、
上記管の外周面にヒータを配装したことを特徴と
する流体加熱装置。 (2) 上記管を、筒状ケースの内部に、該筒状ケ
ースと略同心に配設させるとともに、上記管と上
記筒状ケースとの間に断熱材を充填したことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の
流体加熱装置。 (3) 上記管を、筒状ケースの内部に配置すると
ともに、上記管の両端を蛇腹管を介して上記筒状
ケースに支持させたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の流体加熱装置。 (4) 上記管は石英ガラスによつて形成され、上
記蛇腹管はポリテトラフルオルエチレンによつて
形成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(3)項記載の流体加熱装置。
