内容が登録されたデコード内容であるか否かを識
別し、前記登録されたデコード内容であるときに
該デコード内容に応じたフアンクシヨン制御信号
を出力し、前記登録されたデコード内容でないと
きにエラー信号を出力する受信制御部と、 前記エラー信号を光信号に変換して光エラー信
