第１図はこの考案のハニカムコア形振動板の固
着装置を示す要部の断面図、第２図はその全体を
示す平面図、第３図はこの考案のハニカムコア形
振動板の部分拡大断面図、第４図は従来のハニカ
ムコア形振動板の固着装置を示す要部の断面図、
第５図はその全体を示す平面図である。 なお図中Ａは振動板、１ａは表スキン、１ｂは
裏スキン、１ｃは中心開口部、２は環状体、３は
ボイスコイルボビン、５は接着剤である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ボイスコイルボビンに嵌挿固着されるハニ
カムコア形振動板の中心開口部に、ＦＲＰ積層板
、金属、木材、紙等のハニカムコアより体質密度
の大きな材料から成る接着面増強用環状体を、ハ
ニカムコア、表スキンおよび裏スキンと一体成形
し、この環状体をボイスコイルボビンの外周面に
接着剤で接着したことを特徴とするハニカムコア
形振動板の固着装置。 (2) ハニカムコア形振動板の中心開口部に位置
させた接着面増強用環状体を、表スキンと裏スキ
ン間に一体に挾持させた実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のハニカムコア形振動板の固着装置。
